Client Requirements: The tote bags feature a differentiated material design—two-layer cowhide is used for the wrist strap and bottom, while the main body is made of PU fabric. The client supports small-batch customization of 100 units and plans to proceed with mass production after sample approval.

Client’s Intended Purchase Quantity: 100 tote bags
Target Budget: Unit price kept under RMB 150 (a full-leather option would exceed the budget)
Our Side Provided Multiple Material Quotation Options:
Option ①: All-PU Material: RMB 65 per bag
Option ②: Two-layer cowhide for wrist strap and bottom, PU for body: RMB 150 per bag
Option ③: All-Superfiber Material: RMB 65 per bag
Option ④: Two-layer cowhide for wrist strap, PU for body: RMB 95 per bag (including sampling costs)
Current Progress: Samples have been shipped, and the client has completed receipt.
